Prices

Prices  on our website may change at any time. The amount you will pay is the  one shown at the checkout process at the time of the transactions.

Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) is included in all the prices.

Availability

If  for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a  particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we  might ask you as to whether we can deliver a substitute product.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
When completing an order from madforads.net, you accept full  responsibility for the products’ compatibility with the importation laws  of the destination country.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subjected to custom  duties, import taxes or other fees according to the destination  country’s legislation. The aforementioned fees are levied once a  shipment reaches the recipient’s country and are interwined with the  customs clearence of the order which must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact  us within 10 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to  limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement  per consumer.

Cancellations
We cannot cancel your order, after it has been confirmed. This is due to  the special character and natural origin of our products. If you have  any problem regarding your order, please contact our Customer Support  Team immediately.
madforads.net reserves the right to not accept and/or cancel any order  whatsoever without prior notice. In such case, the order will be fully  refunded.
